Boost Customers’ Confidence by Safeguarding Their Rights

Since 2022, the world has entered a post-pandemic period in which people have formed new normals in both life and work. World trade and logistics, however, have finally begun to see redemption coming around the bend. Hape, as a leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality educational toys and products made from sustainable materials, is playing its role navigating the industry in a steadfast way by promoting consumption diversity and by boosting its customers’ confidence. To compound this, Hape has taken solid measures to keep its complaint channels clear and to improve the quality of its products and services.

Boost Business by Promoting Consumption Diversity

According to incomplete statistics, Hape has held over 70 online and offline campaigns and play activities in 2022. On social media, over 200 bloggers and social influencers were invited to test Hape products and share their personal experiences with their followers, convincing them to buy the same items. Besides this, Hape also started over 100 online comment collection activities in order to reach end users and listen to their voices. In the real-world meanwhile, various activities, such as the Strider Challenge in Thailand, Toynamics House in Spain, Quadrilla Creative Building Challenge in New Zealand, New Silk Road Campaign and Balance Bikers Club in China, have given good memories to our customers new and old. Such activities enable customers to try-before they-buy, sparing them from impulse consumption, which in turn leads to less complaints, builds trust in the Hape brand and further protect customers’ legitimate interests.

Boost Consumers’ Confidence by Guarding Their Rights and Interests

In order to uphold our ongoing commitment to guarding consumers’ rights and interests, Hape has taken various measures in 2023. Earlier in the year, Hape initiated the “Open Box” project, organising staff to switch their roles and explore products as consumers. By checking the products with picky eyes and enjoying personal playing experiences, we are able to detect any flaws or deficiencies and propose corrections and improvements accordingly. In this way, we keep improving the quality of our products and our services in order to meet customers’ expectations.

Fully exerting our internal drive to become a better company rather than simply a larger one, Hape will always endeavour to forge a “consumer-friendly” shopping atmosphere for every customer that comes to buy Hape toys, nurturing a long-term market that is healthy, developing and primed to bloom after the pandemic subsides entirely.
